Overdue Items

The Board of SJPA has instituted the following policy regarding overdue books, videos and tapes:

Books, videos and tapes are loaned out for a period of two weeks at no charge. There will be a charge of $0.10 per day per book, video or tape to a maximum of $4.00 (1 to 59 days overdue). The fine for books, videos or tapes 60 or more days late will be the replacement cost of the book, video or tape.

There is no charge, and you need only be a member of SJPA to participate. Please contact librarian via E-Mail at librarian@sjpaparalegals.org for further information.
